About

Ms. Luster is the President and an owner of Luster National, Inc. (Luster). Her leadership role is part of the family succession plan aimed to promote multi-generational wealth. Currently, Ms. Luster is undergoing a 3.5-year transition plan with Mr. Robert Luster. At the end of the transition in 2026, Ms. Luster will run the day to day of Luster while Mr. Robert Luster remains active in high level, mega pursuits. Ms. Luster currently guides the firm towards forward-thinking practices that are ethical, sustainable, and ISO 9001:2015 compliant. As a licensed attorney in California and a holder of multiple industry certifications, Ms. Luster works with company leadership in directing and attaining company stated objectives and support goals.
