John C. Luster - Owner, Vice President

About

Mr. Luster is a Vice President and an owner of Luster National, Inc. (Luster). His leadership role is part of the family succession plan aimed to promote multi-generational wealth. Mr. Luster is responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), yearly and three-year rolling corporate budgets, design of company investment strategies, and maintains communications with outside legal, banking, insurance, and other key support functions. Mr. Luster is a key principal on Luster’s Strategic Consulting team and he contributes to sustainable client solutions and business development. He also assists designated company executives in designing the overall mission, values, and strategic goals of the corporation
