Natalie Pumphrey, P.E., Associate Vice President and Director of Quality Management. Natalie is a solutions-oriented management professional with over 20 years of experience helping clients plan and execute programs and projects. Her technical background in engineering and construction is leveraged against a strategic approach to planning, management, and quality to drive continual improvement.  Natalie is well versed in ISO 9001:2015-based risk and process thinking and applying ISO standards on programs that require strong owner programmatic controls. She serves as the company’s quality director and as a member of the strategic consulting services group.
