PRESS RELEASE: Luster National’s Ben Cooper named Construction, Engineering & Inspection Manager on Georgia Department of Transportation’s CEI Contracts

(Luster), a minority-owned professional services firm dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, announced today that Benjamin Cooper (Ben) has been named Construction, Engineering, & Inspection (CEI) Manager on the Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) CEI contracts.

Ben has more than 23 years of construction management and CEI experience working on GDOT projects. Prior to joining Luster, Ben worked for two global engineering firms.

Ben’s new role will span throughout the state managing Luster’s large group of CEI inspectors working on numerous GDOT District CEI contracts. Ben will be an asset to our teaming partners delivering exceptional service, rapid response time and provide qualified inspectors when required. Ben’s partnership with our teaming partners serves as a differentiator for Luster with a goal of being the go-to sub-consultant for our prime clients and GDOT. As manager, Ben is responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of our team members. This includes mentoring our inspectors for their continuous professional and career development, tracking and maintaining required certifications, and ensuring our team remains at the forefront of industry practices and regulatory compliance.
