Luster National, Inc., a Program, Project, and Construction Management firm, announced today that Ben Ho, has joined the firm as Vice President, Strategic Consulting and Digital Services. He is responsible for driving the firm’s growth in strategic consulting services and digital solutions. He is presently supporting several active strategic engagements in California and Georgia.
Mr. Ho has more than twenty-five years of experience serving in leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies, management consulting firms and technology start-ups. He brings in-depth expertise in enterprise transformation, strategic planning, technology and innovation, organizational design, and operations improvement.
Prior to joining Luster National, Inc., Mr. Ho led advanced products and innovation for Connected Communities, a “Smart Cities” division of Parsons’ Critical Infrastructure business, approximately $500 Million and $2 Billion, respectively. Prior to that he was head of Corporate Strategy at AECOM, responsible for supporting the leadership team in assessing market opportunities, developing business strategies, and driving enterprise-wide special initiatives.
Mr. Ho holds a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Management; a Bachelors’ in Economics (BA) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA); and continued his executive education at The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
