Luster National, Inc., a Program, Project, Construction and Facilities Management firm, announced today that Kathy Masters, P.E., PMP, has been promoted to Vice President, Innovative Delivery. She is responsible to strategically drive the firm’s growth in several delivery methods to include design-build and public private partnerships (P3). She is presently assigned to the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Major Mobility Improvement Program (MMIP).
Ms. Masters has more than thirty-four years of experience serving in leadership roles on both horizontal and vertical projects. She brings in depth expertise in program and quality management, contract negotiations, and effective communications on complex capital expenditure initiatives. Her first role at Luster was as the Deputy Director, Post-Let on MMIP. Today, she serves as the Vice President, Innovative Delivery.
Prior to joining Luster National, Inc., Ms. Masters worked for the City of Atlanta as the Director of Project Development on the multi-billion-dollar Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Expansion Program. She was in charge of all landside/airside/cargo capital projects.
Ms. Masters holds a BSCE from North Carolina State University. She is a Georgia-licensed civil engineer (P.E.) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
