Luster National, Inc. (LUSTER), a Program, Project, Construction and Facilities Management firm, announced today that it has secured the coveted ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The ISO 9001 standard is the world’s most widely recognized quality management system (QMS) certfication. There are more than one million certified companies; now, one million and one, in over one hundred seventy countries. ISO 9001 defines requirements for companies that want to ensure their services consistently meet client requirements and continually improve their business processes. ISO 9001:2015 is the current version of the standard.
LUSTER embarked on the certification process to remain competitive in an industry where there are many qualified firms. We needed to take a hard look at our internal systems and processes to ensure we operate at an optimal performance level. The entire process required an “all hands-on deck” effort. Through the preparation for the audit and the audit itself we shared our weaknesses, strengths and developed holistic sustainable solutions. LUSTER is better organized to provide our clients with superior service.
