Studies & Assessments
Luster is frequently asked by a client or teaming partner to conduct a study or assessment on a particular element of a program or project. Studies and assessments are frequently initiated to examine a program’s structure, operations and perception to external stakeholders. Some of the studies and assessments Luster has performed include operational assessments, regional workforce studies, organizational assessments, contract compliance studies, and community stakeholder studies. The primary outcomes are to:
- Identify programmatic areas for incremental and transformational enhancements
- Produce recommendations specific to these areas to strengthen a program/project operation and enhance cooperation or advocacy with external stakeholders
Luster uses a five-step process: Secure client intent, data collection, personnel interviews, data analysis for findings and alignment to client intent, and finally the preparation and submission of a written report with suggested courses of action. Luster maintains a cadre of consultants who are at the ready to assist.
