Tom Hruby, Vice President, GDOT Client Service Leader
About
Mr. Hruby draws upon his 33 years of engineering consulting experience in business leadership, management, strategic positioning, and technical expertise to lead the firm’s growth in Georgia and throughout the southeastern United States.
Tom has spent the vast majority of his career providing the AEC industry with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) services in the areas of environmental consulting, construction engineering, inspection and materials testing throughout the site acquisition, design, construction and asset ownership process. Throughout his career Mr. Hruby has worked extensively in the transportation sector providing services to assist in delivering design/bid/build, design/build, GC/CM, CM at Risk, and Alternative Delivery/P3 projects.
Mr. Hruby is part of the firm’s Leadership Team striving for continuous improvement to be one of the most sought‐after Professional Services firms specializing in Strategic Advisory Services, Environmental Consulting and Program, Project & Construction Management. In his role as GDOT Client Service Leader, Tom manages and supervises Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) contracts, personnel, and strategic initiatives. Luster is currently involved in multiple GDOT programs and projects throughout the State of Georgia that include the Statewide TIA Program, Major Mobility Investment Program (MMIP), Express Lane Program, Design/Build Program several General Engineering Consulting (GEC), Program Delivery/Engineering Design projects and Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) contracts with multiple GDOT Districts.
