Luster National, Inc., a Program, Project, Construction and Facilities Management firm, announced today that Hugh Vassar has returned to Luster as a project controls manager. Hugh was with Luster between 1998-2004 and assigned to the SFO Airport Master Expansion Program.
Mr. Vassar has more than twenty five years of experience in schedule and cost control, change management, WBS and workflow design, and reporting.
Prior to his most recent employ with Luster, Mr. Vassar worked for a San Francisco Bay Area regional engineering firm on the BART Communicaton-Based Train Control System program.
Mr. Vassar holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, an MS in Structural Engineering, and a BS in Civil Engineering. He is a California registered civil engineer (P.E.) and is certified as a PMP.
